家具という“箱”に想いを込めて繋いでいく

En låda（エンローダ）は“箱”という意味を持ちます。
家具は使う人の想いを次の世代に繋げていく“箱”と考え、
箱に込められた想いとともに次へまたその次の世代へと使い続けてもらえるようにと、制作しています。
桜、ウォールナットなどの広葉樹の無垢材を中心に使用し、
洗練された北欧家具の良さと、木の持つクセを美しさに変える精巧な和家具のそれぞれの良さを融合。
培われてきた技術を現代の家具に取り入れ、
現代の住宅環境・生活様式に合った、新たな家具づくりを目指しています。

En låda (low-dah) means “box”.
I think furniture is a box that connects the thoughts of the people using it with the next generation,
and along with the thought put into these boxes,
I make furniture that will continue to be used by the next generation and also the next one.
I mainly use cherry wood, walnut wood, and other broad-leaved solid woods,
fusing the refined qualities of northern European furniture with the delicate qualities of Japanese furniture
that turn imperfections of wood into beauty.
I aim to apply fostered techniques to contemporary furniture,
and create new furniture that is tailored to contemporary living environments and lifestyles.
